Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting our full range of tools and accessories.
  • Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing store display.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
  • Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
