Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Jewelry Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our buying team, you will be responsible for evaluating jewelry items for purchase, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate jewelry items for purchase, both virtually and in-person, to ensure their authenticity and value.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  • Manage a schedule of physical and virtual appointments to meet with clients and evaluate jewelry items.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on new trends and industry developments.
  • Utilize proprietary software programs to track client interactions, sales activity, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel 10-15 times per year to other office locations.
  • Completed coursework from the GIA or other relevant trade associations; GG certification preferred.
