Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management. You will work closely with our District Manager to achieve restaurant objectives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant sales and profitability.
  2. Manage staff performance, including recruitment, training, and development.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including food safety and quality standards.
  4. Monitor and control restaurant expenses, including labor, food, and paper costs.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, including supervisory experience.
  • Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
