Job Overview

KSE Systems is a leading provider of technology solutions, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Wireless Customer Representative. Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local consumers to achieve customer acquisition and sales goals.
  • Utilize knowledge of client products and services to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Analyze consumer needs through effective communication and negotiation techniques.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge of client operations, sales metrics, and outreach goals.
  • Navigate client-provided handheld technology to deliver seamless customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
