Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and take proactive measures to prevent adverse events.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in ICU care.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit setting.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
