Nurse Care Specialist

As a skilled Registered Nurse with AMN Healthcare, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting. Your expertise will be utilized to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care
Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans
Assess patient needs and identify opportunities for improvement
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with Compact State acceptance
BLS certification upon hire
ACLS and PALS certification within one year of hire
CPI training required
15-bed ER unit with 8 monitored beds and 7 non-monitored beds
