Company Overview: We are partnering with an award-winning hospital in Georgia to find a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist. This hospital offers over 50 specialties and is a Magnet Designated hospital for nursing excellence.
Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description: As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will be working in the Core Laboratory and Microbiology department. You will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures, including chemistry, hematology, and urinalysis. You will also be required to have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with other healthcare professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related field and previous experience in the core laboratory. You must also be certified as a MT or MLS by the Board of Registry of ASCP.
