**Position Type:** Part Time

**Job Summary:** Brown Group Companies is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to support our marketing department and in-house print shop. The ideal candidate will have flexible hours, 15-25 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Marketing Manager and Coordinators with tasks assigned, including maintaining counts and organization of marketing and POS material, administrative duties, preparing gift bags, labeling barrels, and filling in for sampling events as needed.
  • Support the Marketing Director and Coordinators with projects and regular tasks, such as preparing marketing gift bags and giveaways, placing sticker labels on barrels, and assisting in the print shop when needed.
  • Attend product samplings at off-site locations and assist with inventory and organization of marketing materials.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid driver's license and approved driving record.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

**Work Environment:**

The successful candidate will work in various environments, including outside, inside, warehouse, and dock areas. They must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, stoop, and climb on a frequent basis.
