Key Responsibilities:

  • Support shipping and receiving processes, including the unloading of raw materials
  • Prepare customer orders, package items, and organize products
  • Systematically arrange materials on shelves in accordance with company guidelines
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and participate in physical inventory counts
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work environment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
  • Load materials onto production lines and stack containers onto pallets
  • Adhere to safety regulations and utilize necessary protective equipment

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Reliable and attentive to detail
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 55 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required

Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Enjoy a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday
- Benefit from 3-day weekends
- This is a Temp to Hire position with a pay increase upon transitioning to full-time
- Starting hourly wage is $13.00
- Comprehensive benefits and 401k available upon full-time employment
