We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge exercises that push the boundaries of what's possible. As a Journeyman Exercise Planner, you'll work closely with our team of experts to design, execute, and deliver analytic tasks associated with exercises, including identifying and shaping objectives, developing exercise constructs, authoring scenarios, facilitating participant discussions, and authoring after-action reports and briefings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute exercises that enable participants to test assumptions in a minimal-risk environment
  • Apply expertise and experience with warfighting functions, multidomain operations, COA analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes/procedures
  • Facilitate and/or assist Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) planning events and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement exercise plans and objectives
  • Author and present exercise-related reports and briefings
Requirements:
  • 3-10 years of experience in a related field
  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
