About the Role

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing Team as a Digital Marketing Specialist Intern. This exciting opportunity will provide valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study and contribute to the company's mission to deliver the Best Experience for our associates, consumers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive digital competitive comparison for Graber and Bali across all digital touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting strategies for enhanced customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Social and Digital Marketing Specialist to create engaging content for our residential social media accounts, including managing post creation and scheduling, analyzing metrics, and suggesting edits to enhance digital content.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to plan and execute digital content for key initiatives, such as product launches and advertising campaigns.
  • Assist with analyzing ad performance, identifying new ad tactics and creative to be tested, and reviewing digital content for key initiatives.
  • Gain exposure to the overall digital marketing team and cross-functional teams, including creative, channel, product management, IT, and AP.

Requirements
  • Previous internship experience in a relevant function.
  • Pursuing a 4-year degree with a preferred current standing of Junior level.
  • Strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to see the big picture.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and attention to detail).
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
