RN Emergency Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at Mille Lacs Health System. As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
- Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and trauma cases, and respond to critical patient needs.
- Document patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and outcomes, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 1 year of ER experience, with a strong understanding of nursing principles, policies, and procedures.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS and TNCC certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
