About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Care Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our residential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and technical expertise to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our services and products.
  • Utilize retention techniques to proactively retain existing customers and prevent service cancellations.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Manage store inventory, process equipment transactions, and handle high volumes of payment activity with a focus on maximizing the customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to showcase customer service, initiative, and problem-solving competencies.
