Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to airport visitors, tenants, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with coordinating airport events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring smooth execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Support the Airport Marketing Manager in managing social media and marketing initiatives, promoting the airport's services and events.
  • Coordinate and maintain department files, records, and statistical data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with special events, such as ground breakings, meetings, and tradeshows, to promote the airport's services and initiatives.
  • Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain a master database of contacts for use by Administration and FBO tenants.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to conform to goals, policies, and procedures of the Department and Outagamie County Work Rules and Terms of Employment.
  • TSA background security checks and other testing as required.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
  • Good eye-hand coordination and peripheral vision.
