Airport Groundskeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at the Wisconsin State Government. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our public spaces.

• Provide exceptional cleaning services to staff and public restrooms, including sanitizing and restocking supplies.
• Operate power equipment associated with cleaning, such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers.
• Mix and apply cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Clean windows, flat surfaces, machines, and equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
• Strip and wax floors, under the direction of building maintenance staff.
• Collect and remove garbage from cans and recycling bins.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in custodial services or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
