Position Overview
Responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on essential equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Execute regular maintenance and repair tasks on significant machinery.
2. Collaborate with plumbers, HVAC technicians, refrigeration specialists, and stationary engineers on substantial repairs and equipment replacements.
Qualifications
Education:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Completion of a trade or vocational program in a relevant field.
Experience:
Required: Minimum of three years of experience in a mechanical or general contracting role, or in a commercial or healthcare service setting.
