We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Aequor. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse needs.
  • Conduct screenings to identify voice and speech disorders.
  • Educate patients and families about speech disorders, including their causes and management.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Illinois license or certification, or ability to obtain.
  • Professional Educator License (PEL).

  • Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with computers and healthcare databases.
