Surgical Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technician to join our team at Beacon Orthopaedic Partners MSO LLC. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical department, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our medical team.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the surgical team during operative procedures, arranging and inventorying sterile set-ups and passing items as needed.
- Prepare and move patients, and clean the operating theater, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
- Provide surgical care to meet identified patient outcomes and achieve the goals of the facility, as directed by the Registered Nurse.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in maintaining a clean and organized operating room, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Successful completion of an Operating Room Technician program.
- Minimum 1 year experience in surgical assisting, preferably in an orthopaedic setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the surgical team and patients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
