- Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required.
- Leadership Skills: Should be a strong and positive team leader for all members of the staff.
- Technical Skills: Should be familiar with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and e-prescribing programs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are necessary.
