Weekend RN Supervisor Evening Shift

Northern Metropolitan Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work the evening shift on weekends for our skilled nursing facility in Monsey, NY.
Job SummaryWe are now offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus to attract top talent to our team. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for completing resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff, establishing a compassionate environment, and providing information to residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families.
- Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
- Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintain documentation of resident care services.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Should be a strong and positive team director for all members of the staff.
- Should be familiar with EHR and Eperscribing programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
