Nurse Supervisor Position

Northern Metropolitan Residential Healthcare Facility is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in Monsey, NY. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our facility.
Duties:
- Resident Care Management: Schedule and assign nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Compassionate Environment: Provide emotional support to residents and their families, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere.
- Information Provision: Answer questions and respond to requests from residents and staff, promoting transparency and open communication.
- Facility Maintenance: Implement and enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Confidentiality: Monitor and ensure the secure processing of confidential resident information.
- Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate records of resident care services.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
Requirements:
- Education and Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, with a positive and supportive approach.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
