Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction initiatives within the property management sector, including but not limited to unit renovations, HVAC systems, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project timelines to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Scope, solicit bids, and negotiate contracts with contractors, architects, and suppliers.
  • Secure all necessary permits, licenses, and materials for project execution.
  • Handle procurement, cost analysis, and comprehensive project management from inception to completion.
  • Deliver clear and concise written and verbal updates to senior management regarding project progress.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities.
  • This role will manage construction projects in designated regions.
  • Proven mechanical problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of general construction practices.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting various infrastructure systems.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with local vendors is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus.
