Communication Specialist for Virtual Education

We are partnering with a top Kentucky school district to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming year. This virtual position offers the chance to make a significant impact on students' lives by conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering engaging therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech therapy services to students in Kentucky
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress reports
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Kentucky
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience in virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Access to a fast and reliable computer and internet connection
Compensation and Benefits:
- $45-50 per hour (consistent across direct/indirect hours)
- Guaranteed weekly hours as a 1099 contractor
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby for support
