We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Telehealth Specialist to join our team at ST ELIZABETH FLORENCE.
About the RoleThis 13-week contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced telehealth environment, providing high-quality patient care and support. As a Nurse Telehealth Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services to patients via phone or video calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and timely assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telehealth or nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of $1796.00 per week.
- A 12-hour night shift schedule with 36 scheduled hours per week.
