Job DescriptionA Client Relationship Consultant builds lasting relationships with customers through various channels, including in-person, appointments, and virtual interactions. These consultants provide expert guidance while adopting a digital-first mindset, fostering trust, and identifying clients' banking needs. They assess customer requirements, process information, educate clients about available deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions tailored to each client's goals and needs.
To deliver an exceptional client experience, they engage proactively, ask questions, and learn about customers' financial needs and preferences. By effectively communicating and engaging with clients, they identify solutions to meet their evolving needs. Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive understanding of consumer and business banking products, services, and digital offerings. The role requires processing basic transactions, greeting clients, and collaborating with branch team members and partners to serve clients efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Identify and address customers' banking needs by assessing and attending to their requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, services, and digital offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive work environment and enhance the overall client experience.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Four to five years of customer service experience.
- Four to five years of sales experience.
Candidates with the following skills will be highly competitive for this position:
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems.
- Understanding of retail products and services.
- Experience in sales campaigns and promotions.
- Familiarity with digital products and self-service technologies.
- Ability to explore and identify customers' true needs.
