About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in nursing with excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direction to Nurse Aides for appropriate care of residents
  • Properly administer resident medication
  • Implement resident care plans in compliance with Company and federal guidelines and physician's orders

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, which is commensurate with industry standards for this role. In addition to your annual salary, you can also expect to earn approximately 8 hours of overtime pay per week, resulting in an estimated total annual compensation of $85,600.
