Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Nursing Care Coordinator at our facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the care needs of assigned patients and developing comprehensive plans to manage care delivery across the patient care continuum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with patients and their primary physicians to develop customized care plans based on individual needs and preferences
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication among healthcare providers
Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited institution
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or as a registered nurse in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location:

This position is located in El Paso, Texas, and requires occasional travel to various healthcare facilities within the region.
