Position Overview

AVIAN is seeking a skilled Program Analyst/Test Resource Manager (TRM) to enhance the Test & Evaluation Management for Programs and Operations contract. This role requires expertise in Naval Flight Testing to effectively represent the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Test and Evaluation (T&E) competency, providing valuable advice to the Program Manager on T&E matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other documentation.
  • Utilizes experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, and resource management.
  • Analyzes designs and develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to military weapons systems and associated support systems.
  • Leads the execution of complex tasks effectively.
  • Manages resource scheduling and tracking.
  • Possesses knowledge and experience in logistics integration.
  • Demonstrates experience with munitions and associated equipment and requirements.
  • Travels as necessary to support research and development efforts.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience; a Bachelor's Degree may substitute for 4 years of experience, and a Master's Degree may substitute for an additional 2 years.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
