Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Specialist to join our collision center at OpenRoad 1st Choice LLC. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in auto body repair and excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

The ideal candidate will have I-CAR Certification in body repair, knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer, and I-CAR welding certification. They will also have a strong work-ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance tasks on vehicles
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment
  • Adhere to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines for repairs
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture

Requirements:

  • I-CAR Certification in body repair preferred
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer (OEM Certified Preferred)
  • I-CAR welding certified
  • Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data
  • 1 Year Collision Repair Experience
  • Must be able to operate a vehicle legally
  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive 'team-player' attitude
  • Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
