Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot analog and IP-based CCTV systems, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Work collaboratively with customer success, internal and external IT groups, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects and service initiatives.
  • Provide support and guidance to other Field Service technicians.
  • Repair, replace, and maintain low-voltage equipment at customer locations, including IP and analog cameras, video management software, access control systems, and intrusion systems.
Requirements:
  • High School or GED required; additional formal training and certifications in related fields a strong plus.
  • Two plus years' experience in the execution of large, complex IP Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Intrusion Systems in a commercial and industrial setting.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Gateways, routers, switches.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational/product manuals.
  • Ability to work overtime, alternate shifts, weekends, and take on call to meet customer requirements.
