Fulfillment Associate - Cannabis Industry

Pincanna operates as a comprehensive cannabis enterprise, emphasizing quality and compliance in all aspects of our operations. Our facilities are designed to support a wide range of activities, from cultivation to retail, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

As a Fulfillment Associate, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the precise selection and preparation of sales orders for checkout. This includes verifying product details such as type, METRC ID, and quantity. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Inventory Manager to maintain an organized and compliant inventory system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently select and prepare sales orders for checkout, confirming the accuracy of product type, quantity, and METRC ID.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate tracking of stock levels.
  • Organize and maintain the fulfillment area to ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Assist in the integration of inventory into the Cova POS and METRC systems.
  • Ensure all work areas and equipment are cleaned and organized at the end of each shift.
  • Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.
  • Maintain regular attendance and be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulated cannabis distribution environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the METRC system is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • A mindset focused on achieving perfection in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while remaining composed and organized.
