Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Repairs:
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational challenges with equipment and systems.
- Coordinate and execute necessary repairs and adjustments to maintain peak performance.
- Manage urgent repair situations effectively to minimize production interruptions.

Preventative and Predictive Maintenance:
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs aimed at reducing downtime and prolonging equipment lifespan.
- Employ predictive maintenance strategies to detect potential issues before they escalate into equipment failures.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Management and Supervision:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the maintenance team, including technicians and support personnel.
- Conduct performance assessments and offer training and development opportunities.
- Formulate and execute both short-term and long-term maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency in alignment with King City Gardens' values.

Inventory Management:
- Maintain an inventory of essential parts and supplies.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to support maintenance operations.
- Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers.


Minimum Qualifications:
- A four-year degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven supervisory or management experience.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- EPA HVAC Certification is preferred.

Working Conditions:
- May require working outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, to address urgent maintenance issues.
- The role may involve exposure to hazardous conditions, necessitating the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- All candidates must successfully complete a background check.

- Must be 21 years of age or older.
