We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Experience: Engage patients by providing empathetic and personalized care, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Operations: Manage pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Leadership: Supervise and develop pharmacy staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Business Development: Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement business strategies, including promoting health and wellness services and enhancing patient experience.
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and compliance with regulations and company policies.
