Qualifications:
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in resident care within assisted living.
  • Thorough understanding of care standards and regulations.
  • Experience with memory-impaired residents.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective service plans.
  • Capability to supervise care staff.
  • Knowledge of medication regulations and laws.
  • Effective communication skills with healthcare professionals and families.
  • Good physical health, verified by a recent health screening.
  • Freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis.
  • Criminal background clearance required.
  • Clean driving record as per insurance policy.
