Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including teller transactions, account openings, and loan applications
  • Promote financial products and services to members, helping them to achieve their financial goals
  • Work collaboratively with other branch staff to achieve team sales goals and provide a positive member experience
  • Stay up-to-date on all credit union products and services, including Symitar (Episys) software

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of current financial institution experience as Teller or Member Service Representative OR two years of current sales, retail, or customer service experience with cash handling responsibilities
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with computers and software applications, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to offer solutions that meet our members' needs
  • Flexibility to travel to other branches on occasion
