Aedis Title is on the lookout for a Title Processor to enhance our operations in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. regions. In this pivotal role within the settlement framework, you will be tasked with the preparation of essential documents, liaising with various stakeholders, and facilitating a seamless closing journey for our clients.

Compensation:
$65,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft commitments, title policies, and settlement paperwork
  • Manage financial documents and statements
  • Coordinate settlement processes with lenders and real estate professionals
  • Examine and resolve title issues
  • Request necessary items for the closing procedure

Required Qualifications:

  • Virginia title license is mandatory; DC and/or MD title license is advantageous
  • At least 2 years of experience in Title Processing
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with foreclosure and short sale processes is preferred
  • Proficient in computer usage and data entry
