Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Client Relations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our clients by providing top-notch customer service and selling our monthly wellness program.

Responsibilities

As a Sales and Client Relations Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring their experience is exceptional from start to finish.
  • Selling our monthly wellness program by following our proven sales process and building customer loyalty.
  • Working closely with our massage therapists and management team to create a positive and welcoming environment for our clients.
  • Ensuring that client appointment paperwork and payment processes are efficient and accurate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a spa-like or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, including scheduling and payment software.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment.
