Division Chief of Pediatric Endocrinology

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead our Pediatric Endocrinology Division as Division Chief. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of the division, including direct oversight of faculty and staff, and will have direct accountability for the division's clinical service and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
The Division Chief will be responsible for:
* Providing strategic leadership and direction for the Pediatric Endocrinology Division
* Overseeing the development and implementation of divisional goals and objectives
* Ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services
* Managing the division's budget and resources
* Fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the division
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
* An MD or equivalent degree
* Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Endocrinology
* Demonstrated leadership experience and a track record of success in leading a pediatric division
* A strong research background and a proven ability to obtain extramural funding
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
