Role:

This full-time Lead Financial Accountant position requires close collaboration with various divisions, including corporate finance, treasury, and accounting. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will oversee general ledger management and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Controller in managing general ledger operations, reconciliations, and tax compliance
  • Perform payroll assessments, including commissions, incentives, and retirement plan contributions
  • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving payroll systems and procedures
  • Oversee year-end W2 processing and 401K audit activities
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage a team of accounting professionals and payroll specialists

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is mandatory
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience
  • CPA certification or progress towards it is advantageous
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle is preferred
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of engaging with professionals across all levels
