ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Media Acquisition Specialist, your duties will include strategic media purchasing, campaign enhancement, budget oversight, vendor negotiations, performance evaluation, and auditing management. By utilizing your expertise, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clients' advertising initiatives while fostering growth for the organization.

KEY FUNCTIONS

Negotiation and Procurement:

  • Negotiate pricing and agreements with media suppliers to secure optimal rates and placements.
  • Acquire advertising space across various media channels, including digital, television, radio, print, and outdoor.

Campaign Oversight:

  • Oversee and manage active advertising campaigns, ensuring they are executed as intended and meet established performance metrics.
  • Modify media strategies and purchasing tactics based on performance analytics and market insights.

Financial Management:

  • Effectively manage and allocate the media budget, ensuring all expenditures align with the approved financial plan.
  • Provide consistent updates on campaign expenditures and outcomes.

Team Development and Leadership:

  • Guide, mentor, and lead both new and existing members of the media buying team.
  • Encourage a collaborative and supportive atmosphere to enhance team effectiveness and growth.
