Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PC Support Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting the information system server environment, as well as coordinating and implementing scheduled server and client environment updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and support the information system server environment.
  • Plan, implement, and support information system virtual environments.
  • Coordinate and implement scheduled server and client environment updates.
  • Assist Support Specialist staff as needed.
  • Participate in a rotating call schedule for off-hours support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Experience with backup technologies.
  • Knowledge of Cisco environments.
  • Knowledge of network concepts.
  • Knowledge of server and computer hardware concepts.
