This Office Manager position at Kent Comprehensive Treatment Center involves leading administrative staff, managing office programs, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide comprehensive care for individuals struggling with addiction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations
  2. Develop and maintain procedures for office activities and training
  3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
  4. Maintain accurate records and files, including patient information and administrative data

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years secretarial or administrative experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • One year of supervisory experience required
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and systems, including word processing and spreadsheet software

Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this role is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
