About the Role

Oak View Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Box Office Representative/Parking Lot Attendant. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling event ticketing and parking payments, and ensuring accurate accounting of payments and tickets issued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect event ticketing and parking payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Deal courteously and effectively with the general public, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Accurately account for payments collected and tickets issued, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
  • Research customer accounts and provide feedback to supervisors as needed.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suites and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Superior customer service skills, with the ability to initiate and build relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
