Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Court Team Member to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a key member of our food court team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to customers, including sandwiches, subs, pizza, and deli items
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 4-hour shifts. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
