Job Description:
The Patient Experience Navigator will serve as the primary point of contact for patient complaints and grievances, working closely with leaders and staff to ensure patient-centered care. This role also involves coordinating the Language Assistance Program (LAP), notarizing documents under the direction of Risk Management, and participating in operational and community events as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient complaints and grievances
- Collaborate with leaders and staff to ensure patient-centered care
- Coordinate the LAP, including annual assessments and staff training
- Notarize documents under the direction of Risk Management
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of experience in acute healthcare, and proficiency in Excel, Word processing, and statistical methods. You should also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and facilitate team-based change.
