At Kelly Services, Inc., we are currently seeking a highly skilled Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team. As an Electronics Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for soldering connector ends, assembling connectors, and reworking techniques for wire/ terminal connectors. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all soldering processes are completed in accordance with the safety standards.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow procedures for soldering connector ends, assembly of connector and rework techniques for wire/ terminal connectors;

• Ensure that all soldering processes are completed in accordance with the safety standards;

• Inspect and test all soldered components to ensure quality and accuracy;

• Troubleshoot and repair any defective components;

• Maintain accurate records of all soldering activities;

• Assist in the training and development of new technicians.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong technical skills and experience in electronics assembly. You should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
