Position Overview: Academic Coach

We are looking for a committed Academic Coach to become a part of our team, offering tailored assistance to students as they navigate their educational paths. If you have a passion for guiding others towards their academic aspirations and cultivating a constructive learning environment, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized academic coaching and tutoring to students with varied learning requirements
  • Assist students during study sessions and facilitate access to educational resources
  • Collaborate with Academic Directors and fellow coaches to promote student achievement
  • Guide students in establishing and reaching their academic objectives
  • Foster positive relationships with students, providing mentorship and support
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and engage in program initiatives
  • Carry out additional tasks vital to the program's effectiveness

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or a related discipline
  • At least one year of experience in academic tutoring or coaching
