Key Responsibilities Summary: Establishing and leading a high-performing data and analytics team to deliver actionable insights. Streamlining and automating reporting processes within Operational Finance to reduce manual effort and ensure security. Rationalizing and optimizing data and analytics platforms, driving adoption of Oracle ADW and Power BI. Designing solutions to meet diverse analytics needs, from dashboards to advanced data science models. Other duties as assigned.

Professional Experience/Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Business Analytics. 5+ years of experience managing technology teams. Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end data and analytics solutions that meet diverse user needs, including dashboards, prepared reports, and ad hoc analytics. Skilled in collaborating across functions to align technology and business goals.
