Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Services: Greet and check in members, provide information on services and promotions, and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Retention: Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting membership sales and retention strategies to members and patients.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
