Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leasing consultant to leverage their exceptional customer service skills to connect with potential residents and identify their needs to secure lease agreements. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in showcasing the unique features and benefits of our communities, highlighting what sets us apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate interest in our communities by highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Communicate effectively with potential residents on all aspects of our leasing process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and finding solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships with residents to retain and acquire new ones.
  • Utilize attention to detail to perform administrative tasks and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Lease-up experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Will to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
